the owner and director, Diane Gillam, Diane brings an impressive 44 years of experience in the private early years sector, consistently demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality care and education. Her expertise spans various areas, including maternity care, nursing, and supporting children and young individuals with additional needs. Diane's passion for early childhood education is evident in her dedication to her work. 

She will play a key role in supporting nursery management and contributing to staff development through tailored training programs, ensuring the team continues to uphold exceptional standards of care and learning.
